SDS100 Quick Key Issue

I'll try to keep this simple.....

I'm using Sentinel.

I've set up a favorite list and gave it a FL QK of 0
About 154 departments with no QK set for those.
I've got three simulcast sites I set up QK for 0, 1, 2

While scanning I can toggle between the three sites without issue. Problem I'm having is if I toggle off all three sites by accident or on purpose, the scanner will not let me toggle them back on. Then of course I get the message nothing to scan.

Any ideas?

The following steps you can do on the scanner: What is the system quick key number? If it is None, change it to 0. Then enter 0.0.0 and press E. That will turn on the site with quick key 0. You may have to press 0 and E or 0.0 and E to resume scanning. Try 0 and E and 0.0 and E until it starts working. If the system is not assigned a quick key number, the only way to restart the favorites list is to go into the menus. You should always have a system quick key assigned in Sentinel unless all of the departments and sites do not use quick keys. You can also change the system quick key in Sentinel and write to the scanner.
