Asked every couple months. It is a U.S. Navy FSK 850 Hz shift encrypted FSK RTTY broadcast transmitted from the joint USAF/USN transmit facility at Davidsonville, MD. Other frequencies from the USN there include:
4985 night
6487 day and night
9830 day and night
12015 day
15969 day
