Got up early this morning to do some HF scanning. Caught the tail end of a transmission that stated US Coast Guard on this frequency. 1st time hearing them. Around 5 am. Left it on the frequency to see if any more transmission but nothing. Was this a fluke or is this their frequency? Thanks.
