A federal grand jury indicted San Angelo’s former Chief of Police for public corruption after he allegedly used his official position to help a radio system vendor land two government contracts worth more than $11 million -- in return for more than $130,000.

Richard Wells and his wife has always been the general partner in these shell companies. The Texas Sec of State I guess released updated record entries, as my corporation has the same type entries towards the end of the year.

There are a number of other shell partnerships with similar type names. J&R Wells, the controlling interest in all, are the initials of Richard and Joanne Wells.

I wonder what the purpose of these entities are? Hmm....
