Just thought I would pass this along...
According to the link below, 411.850MHz is Shenandoah National Park - Hogback Mountain Relay to 164.575 MHz. Last week (I forgot to post then) on 01/16/08 about 7PM, I heard simplex traffic between 2 park police officers. They were talking about a jogger that they've seen running all the time. Nothing too weird but something I've never heard them just talking about.
