If you are referring to DRPA, they were going to a P25 System according to board documents. I'm too far away from the system so it would require local members within the reception area to see if new P25 control channel is coming online.

DRPA EDACS system:

I can probably catch a control channel if it's on the air. Do we have any new or updated FCC license info that would indicate where to look?

I did an FCC license search and found no new licenses and a quick check of the existing 800 MHz frequencies does not yield any P25 control channel data. Just the 2 EDACS control channels.

The Delaware River Port Authority upgrade is in progress. All antenna work is completed with the new microwave backhaul installed and online.
All services including PATCO will be migrating to P25 in 2021.

What's the status of the licenses? As of right now they are not allowed to use P25 on the existing frequencies.

Adding P25 emissions designator is an easy mod on the existing FCC license.
