Trying to find a good antenna, preferably a mag mount, that is tuned between 700-900MHz. I will be using it to monitor P25 systems on an RTL-SDR. In my searches around the web I haven't found one that seems to meet these needs. I'm sure I'm overlooking something! Any recommendations appreciated! Thanks!

There are cellular services on 700, 800 and 900MHz. There are a couple of good options that will cover all your bands:

Don't get too hung up on the exact frequency range. If these are public safety systems you are wanting to monitor, they are often designed for hand held radio coverage on the streets. Having an antenna outside the car will be even better than hand held coverage, so you should be OK.

You may not find a mag mount with the proper connector, and will probably end up using an adapter for either a PL-259 or a BNC. But the antennas listed here should do the job. I'm not a fan of the "phantom" type antennas, but they seem to have a following, and for the higher frequencies, they are probably just fine. I just never saw the point of replacing a 3" whip with a knob.

Kinda figured that would be the case. Thankfully I'm well stocked with adapters!
