Hearing keyups and a CWID on the old Urbana PD/UIPD 453.900 118.8 PL tonight. Hadn't heard anything on there since they switched to MDICE TRS three years ago.

I locked out all those old freqs when they made the transition over to MDICE, I guess I need to keep them open now and again.
Was there anything of any significance heard?
Are all the old 400 mhz freqs still licensed to METCAD? and if so why would they keep them?
I guess for backup if all the new radios are programmed with the old freqs.

I never heard anyone talking, just a bunch of keyups and the CWID multiple times. I had the freq in my emergency bank and I kept getting hits on it last night so eventually I locked it out.
