Hearing a control channel on 460.5000 can anyone id it for me?

I have no idea what that is, but I'm pretty sure it's not a Control Channel. I'm in Beachwood, NJ and it's very strong.

EDIT: This frequency is licensed to Manchester Township on their TRS license. This could be the beginning of their TRS. It must be a P25 CC.

It is the control channel for the new Manchester Motorola P25 trunk system which is now under construction. Its probably under system testing at this stage of construction and not been released by Motorola yet to Manchester......fineshot1

I was down past that way today, and can confirm that it's a P25 9600-baud stream. It looks like it's still set at the factory default, because it's transmitting a SysID of 01a0h-0101.

Can anyone please take a 5-second recording of the CC and e-mail to me for my 'Communication Sounds' page on my website? (http://www.w2sjw.com/radiosounds.htm) The sound I heard is a lot better than the recording I have already...
