Thanks. I had found no candidate licenses for that frequency near DC on the ULS, which led me to ask the question.

I guess by near DC you already have checked the nearby States of Maryland and Virginia based on your comments.

I mostly get to DC a few times in the week with the work and will have to try to listen.

Yes, I checked within about a 100 km radius of DC for license candidates.
