Anyone knows who uses this. It sounds like some sort of security company dispatch that are patrolling apartments. I tried searching the data base and all it came up with was LMR Communications

Yup, LMR holds the license [FB6] and rents to users.

Spend some time listening, maybe they will mention a phone # etc.

Then don't forget to submit it for the RR DB

Rich, what type of scanner do you have? Do you know if you are capable of monitoring LTR type traffic, or was there a PL/DPL tone on the tx?

I have a BR330T. Its not on any TRS I have most 800MHz Moto and LTR systems that I can find programmed in. It was just a conventional channel, and there was a PL code that popped up but I forget what it was. I believe its most active at night.

Listening tonight the PL is ctss 146.2
