Aero 8936 KHz USB ??? LDOC

I just picked up a selcal being sent on this frequency, I have it as Unknown LDOC Frequency. Does anyone have any information on this frequency.

Thanks Brandon for the information I just noticed that too. I have this as LDOC New York Radio I have listen too this frequency and can confirm New York on this frequency.

I made a mistake, 8933 KHz is New York Radio LDOC and I still have not confirmed 8936 Khz, it could be Iberia Madrid Spain LDOC freq. as Brando Said. sorry for the confusion.
