996xt help

I just bought the bcd 996xt and have the arc xt pro software ,but am having trouble setting up the the freqs is there some one in the charlotte area or surrounding that has a set up already that I could clone? I listen to mainly public safety , SHP and locals.Any help would be appriciated.
