ABLE video streaming

I was listening to SDPD northern last weekend and heard ABLE and a unit at one of the beach command posts talking about trying to downlink video. The techs could not see any signal on ch 7 and last I heard were going to meet ABLE at its base to test the xmtr.

Any idea what system they use?
I remember seeing the copter 1 system during my ComL class at Heartland back in 2010 but forgot the mfg.

I know COFDM has made capturing a signal much easier than in the analog days when we had receivers mounted on tripods to track helicopters as the circled.

I tend to hear ABLE talking about downlinking to SO and ASTEA talking about downlinking to SDPD........so I think they may be using compatible systems?
