I have been searching on the bands for any traffic due to the latest deployments and have not heard much. I live very near the base (3-5 miles or so) but have not heard much. Any suggestions?

See if you can obtain [Search in Conventional] the NAC's for each of the sites, not all Sites have a NAC submitted yet

Ok. I have that system loaded. I am going over to the outskirts of the base today to see what I can pick up.

Search 380-420 with NAC/Tone Search
or enter each of the Trunked channels as a conventional frequency with Tone search
Sorry. Haven't done much searching. Especially with NAC/Tone search. Could you point to a tutorial? I have SDR or 436HP with Proscan.

SDR should read tones, as to the 436, not a user, maybe someone else in the future could help you out
or try the Easy to Read Manuals

Should have been traffic today, looks like they moved a lot of equipment and people from DOD photos released.

UHF Command Post frequency is good to listen to as well, as C17's arrive they call to give intentions. Offloading XYZ, need X amount of fuel and unloading passengers.

1530 is some sort of routine security force for Mackall or a SF property of some sort.

1537 SF related

1100 is either fire or ems related, can't recall exactly. i lock out that sort of thing as it doesn't interest me.

the 1500's is where the fun is. well except for 1530...

Been through the Ft Bragg area a couple times lately and got a bunch of wildcard hits (just driving through so didn't log them) might have to ride down there and give it a listen on day soon, since I have time.

Listening now and heard 1351 a number of times.

Picking up on CC's 388.500 (not listed) and 386.100

Curious...all 7 sites listed have the same location info.
