Sounds like Sturgeon County Fire is transitioning to AFRRCS finally. Heard Gibbons fire on TG 5758 responding to a fire the other day, and tonight I heard the pager tests for Namao and Calahoo on TG 5297. Also heard the pager test for Bon Accord on TG 6251. Didnt hear Morinville or any others on AFRRCS however, though I might have missed the others.

I should note I still heard them do pager tests on their usual analog repeaters before they did pager tests on their talkgroups, so i'm assuming theyre just in a soft transition phase for now.
From what I've heard Nameo and Calihoo are sharing 5297. Nameo is supposed to get it's own group later. I did hear 5285 which seemed to be a Tac channel as Nameo and Morinville were coordinating an event on it. I haven't heard Redwater, Legal or Morinville Dispatch or on a Pager test.
Yesterday I did hear a Dispatch on VHF for Nameo and Morinville.

Keep an eye out for TG 6614. I was hearing it yesterday, but never heard enough to figure out who was using it. It may be related to Sturgeon County Fire, but couldn't tell for sure. I'll have to watch the UID to see if they're similar.

Those are the Legislature Tours group that used to be on 868.200 analog. That was the old P25 Leg Security 3 channel. Guess Agency 302 is new for the Provincial radios.

Oh interesting! I'll keep an ear out for that next time I hear them!

I've noticed radio testing on a number of new Kneehill County talk groups.
In addition to 5338 which is in the database I've heard 5345, 5346, 5347 and 5353.
5345 is the Town of Three Hills dispatch. Kneehill County is Agency 57. It looks like Three Hills may be Station 5. The portables seem to be in the 5750XX range while the actual apparatus actually match the unit numbers of the rigs. Example 570052 is Engine 52, 570054 is Rescue 54 and 570055 is Tender 55.
Linden seem to be station 3 using Pumper 31 and Torrington Station 4 with Tanker 45.

This morning I heard test tones and voice confirmation go out for several departments in Forty Mile County. They were coming in on 6193 and not 4012 as its listed in the data base.

I also heard Redcliff Bylaw speaking to Medicine Hat dispatch on 6272.

I am wondering if anyone has heard the same in the Medicine Hat area?

Looks like the MD#16 Greenview FD's (Valleyview, Fox Creek, Debolt, Grovedale & Grande Cache) are switching over to AFRRCS fulltime and abandoming their VHF systems. Haven't heard anything on the old VHF system/repeaters and lots of testing, paging & voice.
C-1 Dispatch
C-2 Fire Tac
C-3 Fire Tac
C-4 Fire Tac
C-5 Fire Tac
C-6 Fire Tac
C-8 Fire Tac
...etc calls are assigned one of the Tac channels (instead of each FD on its own C channel) per calls/incidents

Yesterday I did hear Fox Creek Fire UID 2470122 on AHS NCC MA12. There was no EMS unit in Fox Creek and Edmonton was responding. Yikes!
Do you have any talk group information?
