Airspace Intercepts

So I'm hanging out at Ballou High School in Southeast DC watching the 'hoods go at it when I hear a fighter go real fast East to West above me and I say to myself "Gee, I wonder what frequencies airspace incursions would be heard on?"

Perchance does anyone have an answer that doesn't involve wading through that Milair thread that makes me nervous?

Wade thru the Milair thread! The water is fine!

Seriously though if I lived down that way I would keep 139.700 in am mode,(Local DC Huntress intercept)
and 143.600am also a popular Air/Air for DC ANG F-16's.
