Albany Trunking Systems

Hello ... I'm new to trunking scanners so bare with me. Is the Albany 800 system digitial?
I bought a 246t and am using arc246 to upload the Albany freg. But all I get is a machine gun sound.

Yes.....digital.

In the database, use System BC30.

You can, however, monitor some of Albany FD via VHF (154.430, pl 146.2).

Very few talkgroups (not channels) are analog.
