Of course, googled it. And I have the advanced user manual too - does no good.

Still need someone with a photo or install instructions. Thanks,

From what the 599 manual shows, and the 600 uses the same graphics and procedure, remove the bottom cover, and there are 2 connectors on the MIC side of the back of the control panel.

Knowing Alinco, the EJ-7U will only plug into it's spot..

After a bit of googling I found this picture of the inside of a 599, and added the arrow.... Which points where the connectors are..
