Alinco DR235T MKIII

Just received mine today and I am pleased with it so far, has good audio on TX and RX and very user friendly. I'm currently using it with a Hustler MX220 mobile antenna.

Just curious what is every one Else's thought with these radios?

I love this radio,easy to program from the front panel,great remote control mic and a real sensitive receiver.WFM/NFM settings per channel so you can adapt for each repeater separately and solve the too loud or not loud enough complaints.

I use the CBT Programming Utility (cbtinc.net) and leave the USB cable plugged in all the time for programming changes on the fly.

I also use the 6 meter version of this radio with the same results.

BTW,this radio is built by GRE and is a quality product.

I'm really happy to see some enthusiasm with the 220 band. The machines here in the Hudson Valley are way too quiet. I'm assuming you've been using Frank's machine on Beacon. I listen to the PEARL 220 here.
