Could you explain the steps you took in order to see (or decode) the UID's? I have a ton of federal frequencies programmed into my BCD436, but I do not see an option to see radio ID's in conventional NFM mode 162-174, 406-420. Thanks.

the sds is limited to none encryption coms

you need a
pro-668/PSR-800/WS1080/or TRX
you can also hear the garbal

Blaine, Scanjob is correct. Only the GRE/Whistler based radios display the radio IDs natively, as well as the Uniden SDS radios.

But on the 436 & 536 radios, if you have a particular federal frequency you want to see the IDs on, you can program that frequency as a single-channel P-25 trunked system. When the channel is active, it will show you radio ID and P25 talk group information. But you have to do it on individual channels, you can't do it on a search bank.
