All SERS sites have same GPS locations?

1. Ok looking at the Snohomish County Emergency Radio (SERS) Site Location Data Report and noticed all have same exact location.

for those in the 100 Range that's ok but would like to have a accurate GPS reading for those in the 25 range.

2. Also from what I can tell there is no way to only download those talkgroups associated with a specific site is that correct?

3. The Frequency Table | Snohomish County Emergency Radio System lists 4 sites, Radio reference in top link lists 6, why the discrepancy?

The SERS website actually shows five out of six sites. The Deer Creek and Gold Hill IR sites share the same frequencies because their geographic locations are far enough apart. The remaining site, not listed, is a test/lab I/R (Site ID 2) which is not on the air (RR incorrectly indicates that as Skykomish).
