    We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

    If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

Anyone Know if Bellevue us getting new Fire & Police Channels Possibly UHF or Other? A Firefighter from Emsworth told me that they are but he didnt kno What there Switching to & they cant use them yet.

as i said in the previous thread you started.alot is going on in AGH county fire depts are switching from vhf to uhf police depts are doing the same.the database here is as up to date as you can get.if i may ask what kind of scanner are you using as i already have your location in bellevue.i figure emsworth is moving from 33.xx to uhf.and again here is a link to the best local scanning page for AGH county, Washington county and the surrounding area.link will be below.also i highly recommend programming in your scanner 147.090 for the sunday night scanner net on that ham radio repeater in the area.as i said here is the link to the best local scanning page going for the area.Adam
