Hi all,
I'm programming up some 440 MHz radios and have been looking at the RR NJ amateur radio page and the coordination pages for North and South Jersey. Does anyone have a complete list of ""active"" analog and P25 440 machines for northern New Jersey?
Thanks for the help.

Your best bet is to pick up a copy of the ARRL repeater guide. Buuuut...try these on for size. These are some of the most common. All are tone-in only. no TSQL.

449.97500 - W2LI RM 141.3 PL W2LI/R Tri-County Radio Association
446.37500 - W2FCC RM 141.3 PL W2FCC/R Raritan Valley Radio Club
443.02500 + W2NJR RM 141.3 PL W2NJR/R W2NJR Wide-Area System
444.70000 + NJ5R RM 88.5 PL NJ5R/R General Use Repeater
442.25000 + W2WQ RM 141.3 PL W2WQ/R Raritan Valley Radio Club

and of course: http://www.w2njr.org

446.375 is not affiliated with the Raritan Valley Radio Club. Not sure where that info came from...

Uh oh, I don't remember the particulars but the Springfield OEM 2M repeater is in the police station and not the repeater in question. W2FCC however is also in Springfield but is operated by the Rahway Valley ARC.

Actually W2FCC isn't in Springfield at all in reality. AFAIK though, it's also part of the OEM via the owner's involvement.

Ah, so they moved the BAT, it used to be at the PD and the antenna on their tower. When I was there some years ago to report the transmitter stuck on I was surprised when the desk looie showed me his ham license.

As for the Flaky Cookie Cruncher, Scott has been a member of RVRC as W2WUX for years. I didn't know he's in the OEM now too and let his vanity get the best of him. (;->)

Amateur and GMRS radio repeaters in New Jersey

With all due respect, ArtSci's information for NJ is only as good as the accuracy of timely contributions. IMHO much of the ham repeater data is old and listings are incomplete. I would using the coordinating councils' resources [urlhttp://w2xq.com/bm-ar-fm.html[/url] in combination with the RR fb; HTH.
