If the DMR repeaters haven't been submitted to https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?stid=8&tab=ham for entry by the database administrator by an RR member, perhaps you could do so. At first glance, the CO wiki page seems 9 years out of date but the DMR Radio Site Information | Rocky Mountain Ham Radio seems complete. If you are looking for something else, ask your question during the weekly Friday evening 7:30 pm Mountain Colorado HD net on Brandmeister TG 31088. It is an excellent gathering of knowledgable DMR (and all things digital) hams. HTH.
If you are asking about the wiki, I don't know of what you ask. You'll have to read the help file. If you are asking about the database, just follow the directions on the page. HTH.
