Fellow scanners. I know that Amtrack uses the train station here in Amsterdam, New York in Montgomery County. My question is the main 2 railroad frequencies I listen to for Amsterdam are as follows.

160.800
161.070

Would I hear Amtrack on those frequencies or does Amtrack have there own frequencies.

Please let me know, and thanks much.

Yeah, you have good advantage being in Amsterdam because thats where Amtrak switches road frequencies so you will lots of chatter.
