I sounds like Thorn tower is closed. I hear Section C (Wilm Del) the section dispatcher handling traffic and routing the local freight that services Coatesville via Brandywine cutoff to the yard at Brandywine (S Coatesville area). Does anyone else monitor this in Chester Co?
