I have been monitoring this system with a non-digital scanner and I have not heard any analog voice traffic. Only digital traffic was heard. On some frequencies,there appears to be what sounds like a dead key up intermittently with no voice or sounds. It appears that their are 3 active control channels at any given time with one control channel switching to an alternate frequency every so often. I am unsure as which control channels are primary or alternate Some talk groups may be encrypted or partially encrypted. All other frequencies appear to be used for digital voice traffic and some digital data traffic. Some control channel frequencies may also be used as alternate digital traffic frequencies when needed.
406.1625c was a control channel then it switched to 407.3625c,they may switch back and forth.
