Another Noob

Hello All,
Well I'm very wet behind the ears as far as these new scanners are concerned. I've ordered a GRE-PSR500,should be here Wens. I have downloaded Win500 and have been starting scan lists from R.R.I'm very excited for my scanner to get here so I can get going. I have been lurking here for a few days and have learned allot so far. I will still have lots of questions for you guys once my scanner gets here. So in advance thanks for all the help.

i will try to help the best i can but your on the very best site for all the help you may need they all are FIRST CLASS here they have REALLY helped me out a lot and still do from time to time lol i have the PSR 600 to me it is the best thing i have ever invested in

Hello Jesse, and welcome to RR. If you have any programming questions, pretty much the first thing you'll be asked is where you're located, and which systems you want to listen to. So, you might want to edit your info to show your location so that'll be out of the way. You'll enjoy your new scanner, I'm sure. I have the Pro-106, which is the version sold by Radio Shack, and I love it. Great scanner!
