The RS magmount which can be easily modded for 700/800, and the Hustler MRM B which can also be modded fairly easily! Neither is an high gain one, but they are fairly cheap and good to go when you know what to do with them... I highly recommend having one dedicated to MSWIN, and another for the VHF UHF stuff still widely in use down there.

Unless it is an high gain duck that is quacking on the specific band you want to go paddling around in LOL... Like the RS 800 ducky that is better than most mag mounts unless they too are high gainers! Now if only there was an way to get an mag mount with an BNC to hook that RS 800 ducky too... :)

I think I will order one soon as well. The RS 800mhz antenna does a good job on my 536 when it's in the car, but on an external mag mount, it should be outstanding!

Loll I will to put it on an rain gutter outside my window. Heck I may get two and have both my P25 scanners better set. Then have my other 2 Mac mount for conventional beside them.

"I have an antenna that says 800mhz, It is about 6 or 7 inches tall. Do you think, it will be ok for the 700mhz MSWIN system?
