Antenna screw mount is loose

BCD436HP I noticed recently that when I attach my antenna (I have 2 so I sometimes alternate), it doesn't catch the screw tightly and spins and spins when I screw it in. it use to take a few turns and set. I took a look and sure enough the screw mount jiggles and is loose. I hooked up a bnc/sma adapter just to see if that grabs it and it appeared to do so. When I took it off it came off easily, as if it was loose. The screw definitely jiggles loose and sets lower as if it is receding in to the chassis. What do i do? Attached pics. Thanks for the link. However, does it matter that it says it's for Kenwood Baofeng Two Way Radio ?

It's a standard tool. It lists those models for search purposes. This is one thing I hate about SMA connections. I always use a BNC adapter which secures the SMA mount.

In a pinch you can use a small jewelers screwdriver (or paperclip!) on one side to turn it while wiggling the connector. You can even do that with a toothpick but not as tight, but enough to tighten it evry now and then to get by.
