Hey Brandon. My name is Jay. From Clay County (Keystone Heights) here. You could also monitor Putnam County, Bradford County and Clay County. Here is a list of frequencies.

154.2050 Clay Fire 1 -- Operations are done on an 800MHz system which cannot be heard in some areas of Gaineville. Ex: Out by VA Hosp. and Shands/UF and N. Fla. Reg. Med. Center our 800 we cannot transmit on because it goes dead. This will be until they get towers in place. But by Shands/AGH we can hear our 800 and dispatch can hear us.
154.2350 Clay Fire 2 -- Not used that much, cannot hear it in Gainesville at all (2 repeater system and range isnt that far.
155.3400 Regional Med
154.4300 Keystone Heights Fire 4 (Training/Talkaround) -- Don't know if it can be heard from Gainesville or not. (Not used much)
154.2650 Mutual Aid Red
154.2800 Mutual Aid White

I'm from Gainesville. I stopped listening to the local VHF/UHF stuff though when I was in about 6th or 7th grade (8 years ago or so?). Last time I was listening ASO/GPD/ACFR hadn't moved to the digital 800MHz stuff, which I'm under the impression they are now.

I'm not even sure if I still have my old scanner, but I have several ham radios with extended receive coverage.

I'm more of an HF monitoring guy myself.
