Any open GMRS repeaters in Detroit Area?

Just wondering if there are any open GMRS repeaters still operating in the Detroit area.

I have researched this question several times and have come up with conflicting info.

There used to be one in the Brighton / Milford area on 462.675 - 141.3PL but that was years ago and Im not sure if its still on the air.
