SDRPlay Any way to decode the HD channels on the FM Band?

Using a sdr play can see the channels fine, the two walls on either side of the FM broadcast channel. Are these able to be decoded to listen to?

I built this program on a Ubuntu system awhile back and it worked great. It gives direction for building on different systems including windows.
