Anyone been monitoring ISPERN tonight?

Normally I wouldn't ask such a vague question but, this has me perplexed.

I'm at work and I have been monitoring Police Common (155.475) on a M1225 with an antenna about 100' up on top of our building. I have been hearing talk about a pursuit involving a white Chevy Avalanche, crashing out, a foot chase, etc.

Some of the things I heard, at least what I interpreted (clues) are:
Forrest Blvd.
Hwy 111 @ Forrest Blvd
ISPERN State Police to any units that can assist... ***** Heights.
41st St & S St Louis Ave


Then, just now (0600) I heard a dispatcher (assuming) call for any units on State Police Common and when he didn't get a response, he signed off with KSB235. This comes back to IL State Police.

I say all that to say this... Am I really picking up Illinois from Northern Louisiana?
Can anyone confirm any of this stuff i heard.

And just now (0630) a tone, then ISPERN calling District 11 for a wreckless driver on I-70 westbound at Milepost 30.

Must be one heck of a band opening.

Hwy 111 is in SW Illinois and they may have said Fairview Heights which is right by East St. Louis in Illinois. Nice catch!!
