Anyone familiar with155.020 PL Tone 114.8?

I am picking a up strong repeater on 155.020. The radio traffic is some police agency, but I have not been able to see what LE it is. Any ideas?

It's not a valid US frequency allocation. Check 155.0175 or 155.025.

Possibly Globe, Arizona in Gila County, only Police freq in close proximity of 155.020, it is 155.025 but shows pl of 131.8

Nothing close in Gila County and AZDPS has nothing listed...

However, next door in Graham County, there is the "Bylas PD" [under control of the San Carlos Tribe] on:

155.040

and Graham County SO with a old frequency that may still be operating on:

Thanks for the replies. I am in Sedona. Center frequency on my equipment appears to shows 155.020, but still copy with minor distortion on 155.025. Confirmed PL 114.8. I'll see if I can listen and sort out the location.

If you are in Sedona, you'll have to be in the northern end to have any chance to hear a signal coming from Gila or Graham counties.

I'm down in the Verde Valley and get effectively nothing from Payson east.

They are doing traffic stops, normal LE activity. I have not been able to catch the name of dispatch yet.

Coconino County Sheriff recently dropped 155.835 from Mormon Mountain and added 155.0175. Same PL. You should hear the units being addressed with “2 Adam”.
