so i've been with Nooelec since v2 and now have v4, but i just switched to airspy hf+ discovery for hf. I've noticed that signals seem less powerful in vhf on the airspy hf+ discovery. Is it the same on the airspy/airspy mini or do they work better with the vhf/uhf/shf/microwave? If it's as cool with what it's designed for as the hf+ discovery is for hf, I could totally go for the mini or the regular airspy (yes i know the regular one has less available spectrum, but for me that's a positive...it filters out some of the noise and overpowered stations in the city) Anyway....
TLDR; started w nooelec rtlsdr, switched to airspy hf + discovery, thinking about buying regular airspy, wanting peoples comparisons between that and the rtlsdr
