It is entirely a scam. They copy ads from legit sellers and then try to steal money from you. I found an XTL5000 deal too good to be true and the actual seller info was pasted in the ad. I contacted him and he had his lawyers send a cease and desist. I guess they are still at it.
Call the number and it offers you $100, then transfers you to a call center. If you ask them what store it is they hang up on you.

Its been up for close to a year. It would be helpful for someone nearby to go take a look and ask if they are one in the same. But I dont think it exists, because Google maps show a gas station in a rural area. The last time I checked there was a different address in Arcanum, Ohio for apparently a real surplus storefront. I sent an email to those folks and no one answered. I think there is some huge scammage going on.

Yeah some pretty slick deals there.
If you try to search by the address, Google maps takes you somewhere else, and, strangely, the street it takes you to is not covered by Google's street view.
All of this confirms (to me at least) that this is a scam.
