oh this is an easy one for anyone that has been around an EDACS system long enough. That is AEGIS digital voice or EDACS data for like MDTs etc. They sound the same.

I live in one of those areas where the highest building is a silo, but the counties have all gone trunked, so I had to upgrade to a trunk scanner. more $, but does some neat stuff.
