I'm so very sorry about the controversy started over asking about a new scanner. I didn't know I'd strike that kind of nerve!! I was just interested in finding out what a user-friendly SAFE-T scanner would be. I didn't mean to start an uproar!! So sorry to the moderators also. I was in the hospital and just got home yesterday, so I didn't check the posts. My bad. I've been a member for over 8 years and RARELY post anything. Sorry again. Bob.

Sorry but I did not hack any thread gentlemen, The question was asked and I stated which scanner was the best. This is a hobby gentlemen and when a person ask a question you should be free to state which radio is best.Some of us cannot agree which radio is best so I will leave it at that.
