Hey all -
When I try to install APX CPS on a HP EliteBook 840 G6 laptop, it appears to install fine but won't open past the splash screen (screenshot below). This has happened on multiple of the same model laptop, although it works fine on a different brand/model laptop (running Windows 11) and desktop (running Windows 10).
We even tried downgrading the HP EliteBook laptops from Windows 11 to Windows 10, but the same issue persisted.
Does anyone have experience with a similar issue, and/or any guidance on how to troubleshoot this?
