ARCXT: ARC-XT PRO won't connect to RR

I saw this question come up and was answered in a way that did not help me. I have a subscription to ARC_XT Pro and a premium subscription to Radio reference. When I attempt to connect to Radio Reference via the ARC_XT Pro software I get the faultcode AUTH message. I've verified my username, password and subscription. Any ideas? Am I missing something? Thanks.

Contact arcxt vendor support they will walk you through resolving the issue

Thank you for your reply. Usually they're closed by the time I try and call. Wish they had longer support hours. Oh, well....

Double check the username and password that you entered in ARC. Also do not enter your email as username.

left click the mouse over the app shortcut you get a menu
click Run as administrator

if it works

go back to the shortcut and left click mouse goto Properites click Advanced tab
check Run asadministrator

ARC XT PRO Problem reply

Go to BUTEL's website and download latest version (ver 2.0 build 4) I had the same problem.

Login to rr first on their website to verify credentials are correct
