I clicked on Edit T Tables (see picture 1) and up came Bandplan Table Editor, what kind of bandplan is that?

Now when I click, Load Reband Table, I get what I have seen here as to what the new table should be (see picture 2) and the Step is 25.0 verses the 6.250 in Picture 1, would somebody tell me what is going on with this?

On the bottom is says Motorola tables, but the 3 Systems I have are P25's, so, should I even worry about tables if they are P25? And I was wondering why there are Fleetmaps showing (next to Edit T Tables)?

This is the motorola bandplan used when T-TABLES is set to custom. For P25 you can ignore this, just make sure T-TABLES is set to default.
Only for Motorola Type 2 systems this may require a bandplan if the system 'rebanded'. Also see ARC500 User Guide - The RadioReference Wiki
