I have the Arc 500 pro installed using windows 10. I open the arc500pro and then open the RR frequency link. The frequencies do not populate for download into the software for transfer to the scanner. Any thoughts why?

You're thinking of the Uniden FTP server. The OP is trying to import directly from the RRDB.This thread mentions problems with Shaw.
