RadioReference WebService build82, will not let me extract the data conventional frequencies. Example check mark Nassau County, no plus sign to extra EMS/13 Frequencies.

What scanner are you using? Do have a screen shot showing this? You did click the conventional tab, right?

ARC XT Pro build 85 has no issues. Maybe see if there an update?

My ARC 330 Pro is also downloading without issue.

Hey Dave, thanks.. What I didn't know how I have to check off the tags...

Hey Dave, when I import the file it's not in order. Example, Fire Battalion,1 would be first, the 9, then 8, 6,7,4,5 then 3. How do I sort to fix the problem.

Open the memory editor grid. Double-click the header of the column you want to sort (e.g., Frequency, Trunk ID, or Name).
This will automatically sort the data in the selected column. Sorting is limited to channels within the same group.

Dave, when I import the Nassau Fire Battalions into the Browser, they are not in order. Example, Battalion , 1,9,8,6,7, 2, 4, 5, and 2. How do I sort them in the Browser to the correct order.

Import looks like this

Double click Alpha Tag until they are in preferred order. Its going to list Medcom 10 first, then 2,3,4 etc.

Then highlight row 6 (Medcom 10) and click the Down arrow to move that row down.

Dave, when I import the battalion to the Browser, this is how it is sorted. Do you know why and how to fix the issue.
