Armed Kidnapping - Pursuit - SL Regional

There was a Armed Kidnapping in WJ a bit ago. They now are in Pursuit of suspect vehicle. This sounded like a very brutal Kidnapping, Blood, Ropes, Handcuffs apparently seen. Suspect wants Cop Assisted Suicide.

I am not seeing anything that could be Tac 3.... The SWAT guys ID as "Tac #" so maybe that was it....

They had to have the state chopper demand the news choppers to back off on their distance. Apparently Channel 2 was so close at one point that the negotiators could not hear. The incident commander told the SL Regional dispatcher that if they did not back off she was to call the air traffic controllers at the airport and have them restrict the air space.
