Armed robbery last night around 9:30ish in howell township @ luke oil gas station. 2 black males wearing ski masks, fled on foot. MOCIB in effect. One assailant stated he had a handgun although none was shown.
Also, a search going on in Lacey / waretown area for a white male wearing all black with a backpack on in the area of the power plant. He has been seen in the "protected area" there for several days so I guess they finally decided they would like to speak with him. Personel on scene includes state police helicopter , national guard, ocean township police k-9, lacey township police, sheriff department k-9 & oyster creek security.
