Possible ASU & UofA moved to AZ WINS? Each College having a system for local while connected to Wins?

Is NAU still on the Flagstaff NAU system?

Flagstaff could switch once Wins has more north coverage?

NAU PD DISP is talking on group 8300 tonight. Only on Riley Hall in the past hour or so, though; not (Flag/NAU/ASU) Mount Elden nor Fire Station 3.

So it's possible that if a radio isn't affiliated with the site at a specific campus, we won't hear anything.

I am only in range of ASU West. If they don't regularly have an officer on campus, I'm out of luck in regards to hearing any activity from the Downtown campus, Tempe, or the East campus. Or if someone else is only within range of the East campus, and there's no officer regularly on that campus, then nothing will be heard from the Tempe, Downtown, or West campus.

West and downtown are always both affiliated PD. Never had it quiet for long period. Possible NAU is patched to Wins for the short term?

AZWins isn't active in northern AZ yet. Try again.

Always? Maybe that has changed, if we're not hearing anything now.

Maybe a couple of listeners need to coordinate listening to 2-3 (or all 4) campuses/sites at the same time and see if there's any PD activity at all to start with, and if it goes across more than one site.

Sometime after my previous post, I heard dispatch (I assume) say, "10-4" twice on TG 18002 Information, which is supposed to be encrypted. Perhaps only the officers are encrypted, and not the dispatcher on that TG.

And I've been monitoring AZWINS with the wildcard on my GRE PSR-500. I've not heard any new TG's come active.

The only TG I've seen active in my random monitoring has been 18002. Dispatch is clear, officers are encrypted. This would have been the Information channel in their previous set-up, before joining with NAU/Flagstaff.

8003 --> 18003 Ch 3 Downtown (Downtown site only?)

Check which group of talkgroups I have old or new. Hopefully that's the issue?!
