AT-454(*)/ARC antenna 24 to 51.9 MHz 52 ohms

Has anyone any experience with this antenna? The document claims it maintains 52 ohms without tuning. Elsewhere a 4:1 VSWR is cited.

Motorola had a wideband coupler HAB10XXA series. A bit different design layout. It claims 2:1 VSWR over an 6 to 12 MHz BW depending on the operating frequency and coupler model. I have one of these I intend to test.

I think it means that it will do this when you use the coupler, the base and the particular antenna element. This maybe something special and not just a whip. Worth checking.
