Feed is distorted now and all three frequencies are overlapping, previously it was just one frequency being heard a time depending when transmissions started. Feedback on the feed aswell. not my feed or anything, just avid listener.

Have you used the “report a problem” button on the feed page to notify the feed provider?

I provide the technical support for the ARS-NET Broadcastify feeds.

We made major changes to the feed on July 6 after it had been off the air for a considerable time due to problems with our temporary test installation. This feed has been converted to Stereo so you must listen in the Stereo Mode. The Left channel is 127.475 Rochester Low. The Right channel is 119.375 Steuben Super High as priority and also scanning 128.025 Geneseo High. We are near the Wayland RCAG site so we have excellent reception of the controller on 119.375 and 127.475.

The feed is operating normally now and was normal during the day. I did check the archives for the time around when you reported the problem and there is an intermittent minor issue we are aware of present at that time.

Some aircraft transmissions on 119.375 or 128.025 occasionally have slighly distorted audio and what I can best describe as a "ringing" noise in the background. This appears to be due to an intermitent interference condition. There have also been rare occasions of stuck open squelch for a few minutes. We are at a congested commercial radio tower site with many high powered transmitters in operation. We plane to install additional filtering and shielding to the receiver antenna connection along with other improvements next time we are at the site. I can not confirm when this will be since it is an unattended site and a long drive away.

There is no assurance this will fix the problem. If it is an external signal actually present on our received frequencies it is something we will have to live with.
